These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lokesh Kumar, owning and operating Nexa AI, regarding your use of Nexa AI. By registering, purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions; the Privacy Policy; the Refund and Cancellation Policy; applicable model-specific disclosures; and any additional terms presented before using a particular feature. If you do not agree, do not use Nexa AI.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. By using Nexa AI, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements; your registration information is accurate; you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law; and if acting for an organization, you have authority to bind it.
Nexa AI provides a unified interface through which users may access multiple AI models and AI-enabled tools. Available models, providers, capabilities, token costs, prices, limits and response times may change. A reference to “50+ AI models” describes availability at a particular time and is not a guarantee that a particular number or model will always remain available. Third-party providers may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue their models without Nexa AI’s control.
You agree to provide accurate and current information; protect your credentials; use only accounts you are authorized to use; notify Nexa AI of suspected unauthorized access; not sell, lease or transfer your account; and accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by Nexa AI or otherwise provided by law. We may require email, device, purchase or security verification to protect the account and investigate misuse.
Tokens are contractual digital service credits used to access eligible Nexa AI features. Tokens are not money or legal tender; cryptocurrency; securities; stored monetary value; or property usable outside Nexa AI.
Token costs may vary based on the selected model; input or output length; image or video resolution; media duration; computing requirements; provider cost; feature type; or other disclosed usage factors. Nexa AI will display the applicable token cost or a reasonable estimate before or when a request is submitted where practicable.
Nexa AI may award promotional tokens for successfully completing eligible rewarded advertisements. You must not use bots, scripts or automated viewing; use emulators or click farms; falsify ad completion; manipulate device or advertising identifiers; reinstall the application repeatedly to evade limits; use multiple accounts to evade reward restrictions; or generate invalid advertising traffic. Nexa AI may withhold or reverse rewards reasonably associated with manipulation, duplication, error or invalid traffic.
Any expiration applicable to purchased tokens must be prominently disclosed before purchase. Expiration applicable to promotional tokens must be disclosed when those tokens are awarded. Nexa AI may change future token prices, model costs or advertising-reward rates. Changes will apply prospectively and will not unlawfully remove already-purchased credits.
Prices, included features, billing periods, taxes and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the displayed recurring amount, including applicable taxes. Users must cancel through the original purchase platform before the applicable renewal deadline. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory law. Future price changes will be communicated as required by law or app-store rules and will generally apply from a later renewal.
“Input” means prompts, messages, files, text, images, audio, video, code or other material submitted to Nexa AI. You retain any rights you possess in your Input. You grant Nexa AI a worldwide, non-exclusive and limited licence to host, reproduce, transmit, technically format and process Input as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Services; route requests to selected AI providers; store history when enabled; maintain safety and security; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; comply with law; and improve Nexa AI as permitted by the Privacy Policy and your choices.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the Input; the Input does not unlawfully violate another person’s rights; you have an appropriate basis for including another person’s data; and the Input complies with these Terms and applicable law.
“Output” means material generated in response to Input. As between you and Nexa AI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms, Nexa AI assigns to you any rights it may have in your Output. This does not guarantee that copyright or another legal right exists in the Output; the Output is unique; similar output will not be generated for others; the Output is accurate or lawful; the Output does not resemble protected third-party material; or you have exclusive rights in AI-generated material. You are responsible for reviewing Output and obtaining necessary permissions before publishing, licensing, selling or commercially using it. Provider-specific restrictions that materially affect output use should be disclosed through the model interface or AI-provider page.
AI systems may generate inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, biased, offensive or fabricated information. They may produce false citations or state incorrect information confidently. You agree to independently verify important Output; not to treat Output as guaranteed fact; not to rely on Output as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice; to use competent human review for high-impact decisions; to test generated code before deploying it; and not to use Nexa AI as the sole basis for decisions affecting employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, education or essential services. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using Output.
You may not use Nexa AI to:
Nexa AI may use automated systems and appropriately authorized human review to identify fraud, safety risks and violations, subject to the Privacy Policy. Depending on severity, Nexa AI may block a request; remove or restrict content; withhold or reverse fraudulent rewards; apply rate limits; warn the user; suspend or terminate an account; or report conduct when legally required. Where appropriate, users may appeal enforcement decisions through support@nexaai.world.
The Nexa AI software, interface, branding, logos, design, documentation and compilation of features are owned by or licensed to Nexa AI and protected by applicable law. Nexa AI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. No right is granted to copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly authorized or legally permitted.
A person who believes that content processed or made available through Nexa AI infringes their rights may email support@nexaai.world with full name and contact information; identification of the protected work; identification or location of the disputed material; description of the complainant’s rights; explanation of the alleged infringement; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized; and a statement that the supplied information is accurate. Nexa AI may request additional verification and take proportionate action where appropriate.
If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Nexa AI a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not authorize Nexa AI to publicly identify you without permission.
Nexa AI may integrate independent AI models, advertisements, websites, payment systems and APIs. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Nexa AI does not control an independent provider and is not responsible for its acts, availability or content except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Nexa AI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance; provider outages; capacity or rate limits; network failure; security incidents; legal restrictions; safety controls; or events outside Nexa AI’s reasonable control. Nexa AI may add, replace or remove models and features. If a change materially reduces a paid service during an active billing period, Nexa AI will provide any remedy required by law.
You may stop using Nexa AI at any time and request account deletion. Nexa AI may restrict, suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms; your activity creates a legal, safety, security or fraud risk; payment is overdue, fraudulent or reversed; a provider or law requires suspension; or continuing to offer the Service is no longer reasonably feasible. Where appropriate and legally permitted, Nexa AI will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken in urgent cases involving fraud, child safety, security incidents or serious harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nexa AI does not guarantee that Output will be accurate, unique or complete; Output will be suitable for a particular purpose; Output will not infringe third-party rights; the Services will always be available; every model will remain accessible; or all defects or errors will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa AI and its owner, personnel, licensors and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa AI’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of (1) the amount paid by the user to Nexa AI during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (2) ₹5,000. These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or another category of liability that applicable law does not permit Nexa AI to limit.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Nexa AI against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services; Input you were not authorized to submit; your publication or commercial use of Output; your violation of another person’s rights; or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent that Nexa AI’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct caused the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting support@nexaai.world. Subject to mandatory consumer law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Hanumangarh District, Rajasthan, India will have jurisdiction. Nothing prevents a consumer from using an applicable statutory grievance, consumer-commission or regulatory mechanism.
Nexa AI may update these Terms for legal, technical, security or operational reasons. Material changes will receive reasonable advance notice where required. If renewed consent is legally required, Nexa AI will request it. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
