Delete your Nexa AI account

You can delete your Nexa AI account, and the data stored with it, at any time: yourself in the app, or by asking us by email. This page explains both ways, what is deleted and what we must keep.

1. Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and your chats, files and App Tokens cannot be brought back afterwards.

If you pay for a plan with AutoPay, cancel AutoPay first. Deleting the account does not stop a renewal on its own. Sign in on the website at nexaai.world/app, open your profile photo, then Upgrade plan, and cancel your subscription. Payments are final under our Refund Policy.

Uninstalling the app from your phone does not delete your account.

2. Delete it in the app

The same steps work in the Android app and on the website:

1. Open Nexa AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap your profile photo, then Profile.
3. At the bottom of the page, tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete.

Your data is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If the app says the deletion could not finish, try again: it picks up where it stopped.

3. Ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, email support@nexaai.world from the email address of your Nexa AI account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete the account, so that nobody else can delete it for you. We will reply when it is done.

4. What is deleted

• your profile, settings and saved memory;
• your chats and their messages, projects, notes and exam papers;
• files you uploaded or recorded, and images and videos made for you;
• your App Token balance and plan (unused App Tokens are lost);
• your feature suggestions on our public board;
• your sign-in account, so the account can no longer be used.

5. What we keep

Payment records are kept, because the law and our accounts require them: the amount, date and payment reference of each purchase. Your name and account ID are removed from them. They are kept for as long as the law requires.

Copies in our backups are removed when those backups expire. Our Privacy Policy explains in full how long data is kept.
